In the coming months, the IT Services team will be carrying out a replacement of all printers across our Egham and London campuses.  

You will be able to print to, and collect from, any printer that you have access to by using your existing Student ID card. The devices in the Emily Wilding Davison (EWD) Building will be upgraded to more efficient machines with higher throughput and improved reliability.  All other devices across campus will be upgraded to newer and more reliable models to ensure a consistent service.

The IT Services team will also be introducing a new system for managing your printing balance - PaperCut.  All existing printing credits will be transferred, and all students will continue to receive £10 per term in printing credits. Whilst the system will look different, it will function in the same way and will be accessible online.

Please keep an eye on the intranet pages for up-to-date progress with the roll-out and, when it is confirmed, a map with locations of the new printers.
