 IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk is open for phone calls, emails, LiveHelp chat, and in person at our office in EWD from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

To find us, go left at the main Library desk - our support desk is just to the left of this.  

 

LiveHelp

You can chat with a member of the IT Services team if you have an issue or question for us. We will try and resolve your problem via our instant messaging service, or start a remote session to take a look at the issue. Start a help session by clicking the button below.
