What should I do if I can’t find a feature in the new Outlook or experience an issue?

 

For now, please return to using Outlook (classic) if possible. The University is monitoring the rollout of new Outlook and awaiting several new features to be released before we are ready to support all students and colleagues in switching completely. 

If you return to Outlook (classic) and your issue persists, please raise a ticket with the IT Service Desk.
