Museums and History

Cumo London. A London-based African fashion and lifestyle brand selling high quality contemporary ready to wear African clothing and accessories.

Grass Fields. An online brand that specialises in premium quality African fashion. They are known for their unique and hand-made clothing items that showcase true African fashion. With a commitment to preserving traditional craftsmanship, Grass Fields offers a range of products that are carefully crafted by skilled artisans.

MADKollection. An African ready-to-wear and custom design clothing brand for men, women, and kids. They create modern, chic, and unique styles using African print fabrics.

Religion

On campus

The Chapel, Founder's Building. Located in the Founder's building, The Chapel (non-denominational) is a place for individual reflection and prayer alongside regular religious services. The Chaplaincy will aid students of all faiths on campus. The on campus location makes it accessible to all. Morning Prayer runs Monday - Friday at 8:45 am.

Muslim Prayer Room, Wetton's Annexe

Located in Hall A of Wetton's Annexe, the Muslim Prayer Room offers space for both private and group prayer. The Jummu’ah (Muslim Friday Prayer) runs during term time in terms 1 and 2 on campus and begins at 1:15 pm. The Prayer room also provides wash (ablution) facilities.

Anglican and Methodist: St Judes United Church - St Judes Road, Englefield Green

  • Located in the heart of Englefield Green, St. Judes United Church offers a full range of religious services, including communion and Sunday worship. They also host regular musical concerts, which make the perfect social occasions.

 

United: United Church of Egham - Egham High Street

  • The United Church of Egham host regular Sunday services every week at 11 am and 6:30 pm. Alongside this, they also host coffee mornings every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 am - 12 pm.
